Challenge in this criminal appeal under section 413 BNSS is to the judgment dated 12.08.2025 passed by Sessions Judge, Banda in Session Trial No. 318 of 2021 (State Vs. Gorelal), arising out of Case Crime No. 192 of 2019, under Sections 498-A, 323, 307 IPC, Police Station Baberu, District Banda, whereby the accused-opposite party 2 has been acquitted by Court below of the charges framed against him. 3. Brief facts of the case are that the informant Ganesha Sahu moved a written report dated 29.07.2019 by stating that marriage of her daughter Sh akuntala was solemnized with Gorelal son of Kamta Sahu, resident of Village Bageheta, Police Station Baberu, District Banda about twelve years
