This bail application has been moved on behalf of appellant- applicant, Shafeeq, praying to enlarge him on bail in Sessions Trial No. 10 of 2019 (State of U.P vs. Shafeeq) arising out of Case Crime No. 890 of 2018, under Sections- 376AB, 506 IPC and Section 5/6 of POCSO Act and Section 3(2)V of SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, Police Station- Kotwali, District- Fatehpur, during the pendency of this appeal. Learned counsel for the appellant has pressed this bail application on behalf of the appellant only on the ground that he has completed custody of about 7 years and 11 months.
