This bail application has been moved on behalf of appellant-applicant, Raju Alias Rajkumar, praying to enlarge him on bail in Sessions Trial No. 13 of 2009 (State vs. Raju alias Rajkumar and Another) arising out of F.I.R No. 517 of 2008, under Sections- 364, 302, 201 IPC, Police Station- Govind Nagar, District- Mathura, during the pendency of this appeal. The prosecution case is that the son of informant, Ajay Singh, aged about 25 years left on his motorcycle on 29.09.2008 at about 5 p.m from his house but did not returned.
