This bail application has been moved on behalf of appellants-applicants, Sewaram, Devendra Kumar, Roshan Lal and Suresh, praying to enlarge them on bail in Sessions Trial No. 746 of 2018 and Sessions Trial No. 2800385 of 2018 (State vs. Sewaram and others) arising out of Case Crime No. 435 of 2017, under Section- 302/34 IPC, P.S.- Bhojipura, District- Bareilly, during the pendency of this appeal. As per the prosecution, information was received
