This bail application has been moved on behalf of appellant-applicant, Udal, praying to enlarge him on bail in Sessions Trial No. 24 of 2009 (State vs. Udal) arising out of F.I.R No. 517 of 2008, under Sections- 364, 302, 201 IPC, Police Station- Govind Nagar, District- Mathura, during the pendency of this appeal. The prosecution case is that the son of informant, Ajay Singh, aged about 25 years left on his motorcycle on 29.09.2008 at about 5 p.m from his house but did not returned. A missing report in this regard was given on 22.09.2008 at the police station- Govind Nagar, Mathura.
