This bail application has been moved on behalf of appellant-applicant, Bhujbal Singh, praying to enlarge him on bail in Sessions Trial No. 12 of 2012 (State vs. Shiv Mohan Singh and others) arising out of Case Crime No. 473 of 2011, under Sections- 302, 504, 506 IPC, Police Station- Sisolar, District- Hamirpur, during the pendency of this appeal. There are allegations against the appellant that he caused fatal injury to the deceased by an axe. Five lacerated wounds were found on different parts of his body.
