Bail Application Heard Sri Harshit Gupta, learned counsel for the appellant, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. This bail application has been moved on behalf of appellant-applicant, Rahul, praying to enlarge him on bail in Sessions Trial No. 135 of 2019 (State vs. Rahul) arising out of Case Crime No. 220 of 2019, under Sections- 302, 201 IPC at Police Station- Gursahaiganj, District- Kannauj, during the pendency of this appeal. There are allegations in the F.I.R that an information was given to the police station on 26.04.2019 at about 10:00 a.m that dead body of an unknown woman, aged about 25 years, was lying in a field. It was further stated that there were injuries on her mouth and neck and that it appears she had been murdered and her dead body thrown in the jungle. Subsequently, on 28.04.2019, the brother of the deceased, Shi
