This criminal appeal has been filed against the judgment and order dated 30.04.2024 passed by Special Judge, POCSO Act, Auraiya Act, Auraiya, in Sessions Trial No. 740 of 2020 (State Vs. Gaurav and Others), arising out of Case Crime No. 286 of 2020, under section- 376-DA of IPC, section 3/4 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 and Section 3(2)(v) of S.C./S.T. Act, Police Station- Ajitmal, District- Auraiya. 3.
