Despite time granted to the learned A.G.A twice on 14.06.2024 and 08.07.2025 no objection has been filed to the above noted application by counsel for the State. Heard Sri Aushim Luthra, learned counsel for the appellant and learned A.G.A for the State and perused the record. This bail application has been moved on behalf of appellant-applicant, Rajesh Kumar, praying to enlarge him on bail in Sessions Trial No. 369 of 2011 (State vs. Rajesh Kumar) arising out of Case Crime No. 49 of 2011, under Sections- 302, 201 IPC, Police Station- Badahalganj, Dist
