No. 195 of 2018 (State of U.P. vs. Ashu ad others) under Sections- 498-A, 504, 307 IPC read with Section 3 and 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, Police Station- Nanauta, District- Saharanpur, during the pendency of this appeal.
