Bail Application Heard Sri Zafar Abbas, learned counsel for the appellants, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. This bail application has been moved on behalf of appellants-applicants, Prakash and Shrichandra, praying to enlarge them on bail in Sessions Trial No. 247 of 2016 (State vs. Prakash and others) arising out of Case Crime No. 98 of 2016, under Sections- 302, 120-B IPC, Police Station - Kishanpur, District- Fatehpur, during the pendency of this appeal. As per the prosecution case the dead body of son of the informant, Kallu Nishad, aged about 40 years was recovered on 01.06.2016 at 5:30 p.m in the open field. The informant came to know that appellants, Prakash and Shrichandra, had seen his son on 31.05.2016 when he was coming from Khaga and on the next date his dead body was recovered. He was murdered by causing injury by incised weapon
