The present criminal appeal has been preferred against the judgement and order dated 05.12.2023 passed by Special Judge (POCSO Act) District Auraiya in Special Sessions Trial No. 1064 of 2021 arising out of case crime no. 187 of 2020 (State of U.P. Versus Kallu @ Kamal Katiyar), Police Station- Dibiyapur, District- Auraiya, convicted and sentenced the appellant under Section 363 for five years of rigorous imprisonment with fine of Rs. 25,000/-, in default of payment of fine to further undergo one year of imprisonment, under Section 366 for seven years
