This bail application has been moved on behalf of appellant-applicant, Iliyas, praying to enlarge him on bail in Sessions Trial No. 858 of 2010 (State vs. Shakeel and another) arising out of Case Crime No. 167 of 2007, under Sections- 302/34 IPC, Police Station- Civil Lines, District- Muzaffar Nagar and Sessions Trial No. 408 of 2011 (State vs. Iliyas) arising out of Case Crime No. 268 of 2007, under Sections- 25(1B) Arms Act, Police Station- Civil Lines, District- Muzaffar Nagar, during the pendency of this appeal. There are allegations in the F.I.R that co-accused, Shakeel, was having illicit relationship with the wife of the deceased, Khalil, and therefore, he along wi
