Bail Application Heard Sri Arun Kumar Tripathi, learned counsel for the appellant, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. This bail application has been moved on behalf of appellant-applicant, Hundi Lal, praying to enlarge him on bail in Special Sessions Trial No. 78 of 1992, State of U.P. vs. Kunwar Pal alias Patra and others, Case Crime No. 01 of 1992, under Sections- 147, 148, 307/149, 302/149, 365 IPC, P.S.- Jasrana, District- Firozabad, during the pendency of this appeal. As per the prosecution case, the informant was sleeping inside his house and upon hearing the sound of firing and cries, he woke up and found his nephew, Bhabhuti Singh, lying dead in a pool of blood.
