This bail application has been moved on behalf of appellant- applicant, Bramhdeen, praying to enlarge him on bail in Sessions Trial No. 935 of 1997 (State of U.P. vs. Bramhdeen and others) under Sections- 302/34 IPC, arising out of Case Crime No. 187 of 1996, under Section 302 IPC, Police Station- Handia, District- Prayagraj, during the pendency of this appeal. Learned counsel for the appellant has pressed this bail application only on the ground of age of the appellant, which at present is about 72 years. He was on bail during trial. He is in jail since 23.01.2025 and has no criminal history to his credit. This appeal is of the year 2025. It is not likely to be heard in near future. Learned A.G.
