This bail application has been moved on behalf of appellant-applicant, Bablu @ Vinod, praying to enlarge him on bail in Sessions Trial No. 596 of 2011 arising out of Case Crime No. 473 of 2010, under Sections- 302/34, 323 IPC and Sessions Trial No. 523 of 2022 (State vs. Bablu @ Vinod) arising out of Case Crime No. 474 of 2010, under Section- 25 Arms Act, Police Station- Pilkhuwa, District- Hapur, during the pendency of this appeal. As per the prosecution case, the appellant along with co-accused, Kapil, is alleged to have caused firearm injury to the son of the informant.
