In compliance with the order dated 14.11.2025, the Office report dated 26.11.2025 has been submitted, which reads :- "It is humbly submitted that letter dated 20.11.2025 (Flag 'F'), 24.11.2025 (Flag 'G') and 24.11.2025 (Flag ' H') have been received from the C.J.M. Saharanpur, the S.S.P., Saharanpur and the C.J.M., Haridwar respectively wherein said that appellant, Saleem has died. The case is put up for hearing." The report dated 20.11.2025 has been submitted by the In-Charge Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saharanpur, certifying that the sole appellant, Saleem son of Rafiq has passed away on 25.07.2022. Due inquiry was made in the matter, wherein Pravesh Kumar, Sub-Inspector, has got recorded his statement before the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saharanpur, on 19.11.2025. The statement of Ashma, wife of late Saleem, has also been recorded. There is also a report from the Senior Superintendent of Police, Saharanpur saying
