This bail application has been moved on behalf of appellant-applicant, Smt Chunuwa, praying to enlarge her on bail in Sessions Trial No. 28 of 2014, State of U.P. vs. Smt. Chunwa and another, Case Crime No. 194 of 2012, under Sections- 302/34, 506 IPC, Police Station- Girwan, District- Banda, during the pendency of this appeal. There are allegations in the F.I.R that on the exhortation of the appellant the co-accused, Rajjan Singh, caused fatal gun shot injury to the deceased.
