This bail application has been moved on behalf of appellant- applicant, Manoj, praying to enlarge him on bail in Sessions Trial No. 169 of 2015 (State vs. Murali and Another) arising out of Case Crime No. 632 of 2014, under Sections- 302/34, 201 IPC and under Section 4/25 Arms Act, Police Station- Khorabar, District- Gorakhpur, during the pendency of this appeal. As per the F.I.R., P.W.-1 and the deceased, who was his wife, went to the market, while the appellant returned to his house after purchasing fish.
