Heard learned counsel for the appellants, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. This bail application has been moved on behalf of appellant-applicant no. 1, Dhanpal, praying to enlarge him on bail in Sessions Trial No. 42 of 2002 (CNR No. UPSH010000492002) (State vs. Shrikrishna & others) under Sections- 147, 148, 302/149, 307/149 IPC, Section 27 Arms Act and Section 3(2)V of SC/ST Act, arising out of Case Crime No. 153 of 2001, Police Station- Khudaganj, District- Shahjahanpur, during the pendency of this appeal. Learned counsel for the appellants has pressed this bail application only on the ground of age of the appellant no. 1, Dhanpal, which at present is about 70 years.
