This bail application has been moved on behalf of appellants-applicants, Kamal Singh @ Kamlesh and Amar Singh, praying to enlarge them on bail in Special Sessions Trial No. 78 of 1992, State of U.P. vs. Kunwar Pal alias Patra and others, Case Crime No. 01 of 1992, under Sections- 147, 148, 307/149, 302/149, 365 and 368 IPC, P.S.- Jasrana, District- Firozabad, during the pendency of this appeal.
