Rohit Kumar), arising out of Case Crime No.112 of 2018, under Section 304-I I.P.C., Police Station Subhash Nagar, District Bareilly, convicting and sentencing the appellant under Section 304 part I I.P.C. for life imprisonment and fine of Rs.50,000/-.
