In compliance with our order dated 30.10.2025, the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ghazipur has submitted a report dated 01.11.2025. 2. An affidavit of compliance has been filed by Dr. Iraj Raja, Superintendent of Police, Ghazipur. Let the said affidavit be taken on record and numbered by the office. 3. The affidavit filed by the Superintendent of Police, particularly the report of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, shows that Ramji Singh passed away on 18.12.2021. The report of the Chief Judicial Magistrate shows that the statements of the Pradhan and the Sub-Inspector were recorded, besides a copy of the death certificate and also a certificate from the crematorium have been annexed. 4. In the circumstances, it is evident that appellant no. 1 Ramji Singh is no more. The second appellant Ashok Pandey is already dead.
