Suspension of Sentence Application Heard learned counsel for the appellant, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. This bail application has been moved on behalf of appellant-applicant, Raja Ram, praying to enlarge him on bail in Sessions Trial No. 79 of 2004 (State vs. Balveer Singh and others) in Case Crime No. 356 of 2003, under Sections- 148, 323, 302/34 IPC, Police Station- Sadar Bazar, District- Shahjahanpur, during the pendency of this appeal. Learned counsel for the appellant has pressed this bail application only on the ground of age of the appellant, which at present is about 76 years. He was on bail during trial. He is in jail since 30.10.2023 and has no criminal history to his credit. This appeal is of the year 2023. It is not likely to be heard in near future.
