This bail application has been moved on behalf of appellant-applicant, Vindod Yadav, praying to enlarge him on bail in Sessions Trial No. 36 of 2019 (State vs. Vindod Yadav), arsing out of Case Crime No. 319 of 2018, under Section 302, 307 IPC, Police Station- Madhuwan, District- Mau, during the pendency of this appeal. Learned counsel for the appellant has pressed this bail application on behalf of the appellant only on the ground of detention in jail for more than 7 years as per custody certificate. He has no previous criminal history to his credit. This appeal is of the year 2023. It is not likely to be heard in near future. Learned A.G.A. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail of applicant- appellant
