Bail Application Heard Sri Durvijay Singh, learned counsel for the appellant, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. This bail application has been moved on behalf of appellant-applicant, Om Prakash @ Munna, praying to enlarge him on bail in Special Sessions Trial No. 43 of 2018 (State vs. Brajendra Aarakh and others) arising out of Case Crime No. 66 of 2018, under Sections- 364-A, 506, 302/34, 201/34 IPC, P.S.- Manikpur, District- Chitrakoot, during the pendency of this appeal. The prosecution case is that on 18.05.2018 the younger son of the informant, Sanju @ Sanjeev, left his house at 04:50 p.m without informing anyone. On 20.05.2018 a call came on the mobile phone of Shashank Chaubey who was sitting in his house from mobile number of his son demanding ransom amount of Rs. 15 lacs failing which his son would be murdered.
