Suspension of Sentence Application Heard learned counsel for the appellant, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. This bail application has been moved on behalf of appellant- applicant, Chandrapal, praying to enlarge him on bail in Sessions Trial No. 81 of 2018 (State vs. Chandrapal) arising out of Case Crime No. 77 of 2018, under Section- 377 IPC and Section 5/6 of POCSO Act, Police Station- Fatehpur, District- Saharanpur, during the pendency of this appeal. Learned counsel for the appellant has pressed this bail application only on the ground of age of the appellant, which at present is about 81 years. He was on bail during trial. He is in jail since 23.10.2024 and has no criminal history to his credit. This appeal is of the year 2025. It is not likely to be heard in near future. Learned A.G.A. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail of applicant-
