This bail application has been moved on behalf of appellant-applicant, Rishi @ Monu, praying to enlarge him on bail in Sessions Trial No. 178 of 2018, State vs. Amit @ Bauva and others, arising out of Case Crime No. 86 of 2018, under Sections- 302/34 and 120-B IPC, Police Station- Ekdil, District- Etawah as well as in Session Trial No. 180 of 2018, State vs. Rishi @ Monu arising out of Case Crime No. 114 of 2018, under Section 25/27 Arms Act, Police Station- Ekdil, District- Etawah, during the pendency of this appeal. There are allegations against four accused persons of committing the offence of murder of the husband of the informant in furtherance of their common intention.
