No. UPBR0 10067492024 (State Vs. Lalit Saxena), arising out of Case Crime No. 456 of 2021, Police Station Prem Nagar, District Bareilly, whereby appellant-Lalit Saxena, has been convicted and sentenced to imprisonment for life and fine of Rs. 50,000/-, for the offence under Section 307 I.P.C. and in default of payment of fine, two years additional rigorous imprisonment and further imprisonment of 7 years for the offence under Section 506 I.P.C.
