Notification under Section 4 of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894 (hereinafter referred to as, ‘Act, 1894’) for acquisition of the aforesaid plots was published on 20.7.1977. The notification under Section 6 of the Act, 1894 was published on 03.10.1977.
