We have heard Shri Satya Narain Shukla, applicant no.1 in person and have also gone through the grounds stated for seeking a review of our judgment dated 05.07.2024. The arguments were on the same lines as the grounds mentioned in the review application. Rehearing of the matter cannot take place in the garb of review application. The grounds permissible for reviewing a judgment are based on the principles contained in Order 47 Rule 1 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, none of which are attracted in this case. The grounds of appeal and grounds of review are distinct, latter are not present in this case. We do not find any ground for reviewing our judgment dated 05.07.2024. 2.
