The present petition under Section 34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 has been preferred by the petitioner, assailing an Arbitral Award dated 30.03.2013. 2. The Arbitral proceedings arose in the context of a termination letter dated 08.09.2006 issued by the respondent, whereby the dealership agreement dated 23.08.1995 executed between the parties was terminated.
