The present application under Section 528 BNSS has been filed with a prayer to quash the impugned order dated 25.08.2025 passed by the Judicial Magistrate, Court No.2, Varanasi as well as the entire criminal proceeding of Complaint Case No. 113/2010 (Rambachan v. Uditnarayan and others) under Sections 463, 467, 468 and 120B IPC, Police Station-Cantt, District Varanasi pending in the Court of Judicial Magistrate, Court No.2, Varanasi. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the applicants that the applicant Nos. 1, 2 and 3 were summoned to face the trial under Sections 466, 467, 468 IPC and applicant No. 4 were summoned under Section 120B IPC.
