Brief facts are that one Ramesh Bhatia had filed a Complaint dated 25.01.2011 alleging that one Suresh Shrimali and Bijender Agarwal along with Anil Singh the Petitioner herein, had conspired against him and cheated him for an amount of Rs.2,00,00,000/-. It was stated that Ramesh Bhatia was an American citizen of Indian origin and was running a Hotel under the name and style of „Regency Inn & Suites‟ at New York, USA. According to the averments made in the Complaint, Suresh Shrimali visited his Hotel in New York in July, 2007 and they became good family friends.
