The petitioner has filed the present petition praying as under – “a. Issue a writ of certiorari or any other appropriate writ or direction quashing and setting aside the impugned Look Out Circular dated LOC 29.07.2020 & 15.01.2020 (which are still not provided to the Petitioner) issued against the Petitioner; 2. The case of the petitioner is that the LOCs against the petitioner have been issued at the behest of respondent no. 3 (Bank of Baroda) and respondent no. 4
