IN THE HIGH COURT OF DELHI AT NEW DELHI W.P.(C) 10221/2023, CM APPL. 8736/2024 & CM APPL. 31644/2025 ABHISHEK TIWARI .....Petitioner Through: Mr. Prakhar Bhatnagar, Adv. versus UNION OF INDIA AND ORS. .....Respondents Through: Mr. Sahil Bhalaik, Mr. Tushar Giri, Mr. Siddharth Anil Khanna, Mr. Ritik Arora and Mr. Shivam Mishra, Advs. CORAM: HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE C. HARI SHANKAR HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE OM PRAKASH SHUKLA O R D E R (ORAL) % 19.11.2025 C. HARI SHANKAR, J. 1. This writ petition is directed against an order dated 4 May 2023, which reads as under: “Order of the Tribunal The matter is adjourned sine-die, as the matter is subjudice by the Hon’ble High Court. Chhabilendra Roul Ashish Kalia Member(A) Member (J)” 2. To our mind, this writ petition need not have even remained pending for so long, as it is obvious that the petition is misconceived. 3. The order of the Tribunal merely adjourns OA 509/2021 sine die, as the issue before the Tribunal was sub judice before this Court in WP (C) 2110/20031. 4. Mr. Prakhar Bhatnagar, learned Counsel for the petitioner acknowledges, to a query from the Court, that the Tribunal could not have decided OA 509/2021 because of the interim order date
