This petition is filed seeking quashing of seniority list dated 25.02.2020 issued by respondent no. 1- Delhi Transco Limited (for short „DTL‟) and the orders of the respondent No.3- National Commission for Schedule Tribes (for short „Commission‟) dated 08.04.2019, 15.07.2019 & 17.02.2020. 2. The petitioner was promoted to the post of Manager (Technical) and was regularised on the promoted post on 29.01.2016.
