This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to the respondents to consider and decide the application dated 27.05.2022 made by the petitioner pursuant to the order dated 18.05.2022 passed in Writ Tax No. 717 of 2022. 2. On the last date, instructions were produced inter alia indicating that on 04.02.2025, order has been passed by the Assistant Divisional Transport Officer (Administration), Hapur, copy whereof was supplied to the counsel for the petitioner, who was granted time to obtain instructions. 3. After hearing counsel for the parties, once pursuant to the order dated 18.05.2022, the order dated 04.02.2025, though belatedly, has been passed by the respondents, no further action is required to be taken in the present writ petition. The same stands disposed of. 4. Petitioner would be free to take remedy
