This writ petition is directed against the order dated 13.05.2025, Annexure-1, passed by the respondent authority whereby the registration of the petitioner under the Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 ('the Act') has been cancelled. 2. The order impugned is open to an application seeking revocation of order of cancellation of registration under Section 30 of the Act. 3. Counsel for the petitioner seeks withdrawal of the writ petition with liberty to avail the remedy under Section 30 of the Act. 4. The petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to avail the remedy. In case the application is filed, the same be dealt with by the authority with expedition.
