This petition has been filed by the petitioner aggrieved of the notice dated 09.05.2025 issued by the respondents, indicating violation of license conditions of the petitioner and petitioner has been required to deposit penalty as well. 2. The petition has been filed seeking to question the issuance of notice by giving out the response to the said notice before this Court. 3. This Court, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, cannot be converted into an original authority to decide the show cause notice. 4. Response, if any, has to be filed before the Authority, which has issued the notice and it goes without saying that the Authority, after going through the response and providing opportunity to the petitioner, would pass order in accordance with law. 5.
