This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to the respondents to release the goods as directed by this Court by order dated 01.08.2024. 2. Submissions have been made that while most of the goods have been released, one consignment pertaining to bill of Entry No. 5876157 dated 09.05.2023 has not been released and, therefore, the respondents be directed to release the same forthwith. 3. The reason for non releasing of consignment is clearly reflected in communication dated 24.03.2025, Annexure-9, pertaining to some discrepancy between the panchnama and goods available with the department.
