Prior to filing of the present writ petition, the petitioner has filed Writ Tax No. 1564 of 2025 aggrieved of the notices dated 27.09.2022 and 06.07.2023 which were issued pertaining to payment of amount of house tax and water tax. The said writ petition came to be decided on 18.04.2025, wherein this Court came to the following conclusions: "2. Submission has been made that as the premises of the petitioner are situated in area beyond the jurisdiction of the Municipal Corporation, the demand of the said taxes is dehors the provisions of the Act. 3.
