This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to the respondents to permit the petitioner to continue with the Model Shop Makanpur No. B (Kha), Ghaziabad for the year 2025- 26 and demarcate the boundaries of Model Shop Makanpur No.A and Shop Makanpur No.B amongst the licensees of the two shops. 2. Submissions have been made that with regard to the issues raised in the petition, the petitioner has made a representation to the District Excise Officer, Ghaziabad on 23.04.2025, which remains pending and has not been decided and, therefore, the authority may be directed to decide the same with expedition by way of a speaking order. 3. Learned counsel for the respondents has no objection to decision on the said pending representation.
