This is a writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India wherein the writ petitioner is aggrieved by the order dated March 29, 2025 passed by the District Magistrate, Shahjahanpur, being the respondent No.3 herein, cancelling the licence of the petitioner and forfeiting the basic licence fee and security amount. 3. Upon considering the submissions of learned counsel appearing on behalf of the parties and perusing the impugned order, it is crystal clear that the authorities have simply cut paste the show cause notice, and thereafter, held the petitioner guilty without assigning any specific reason for the same.
