A perusal of the record indicates that on 15.04.2025, a notice has been issued to the petitioner requiring him to operate the shop within the area for which the same has been allotted to him, to which petitioner has filed a detailed response, inter alia, claiming that the shop is situated within the area allocated to the petitioner. 3.
