This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to question the order dated 09.04.2025 passed under Section 74 of the Goods and Services Act, 2017 ('Act'). 2. Submission has been made with reference to the documents produced along with the reply to the show cause notice that the authority, did not look at the documents in question and, has passed the order impugned. 3.
