This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner aggrieved of the water tax bill dated 15.04.2024 amounting to Rs. 1,16,138/-. 2. Submissions have been made that the petitioner has been regularly paying water tax and there was no outstanding, however, the impugned bill has indicated a sum of Rs. 98,385/- as outstanding without indicating any basis. 3. Further submissions have been made that the petitioner has filed a representation, however, the same has not been dealt with and the demand is being pressed by the respondents. 4. A perusal of the representation made by the petitioner reveals that the same though questions the demand raised, but appears to be cursory in nature. 5. Consequently, the petition filed by the petitioner is disposed of. The petitioner may file a fresh detailed representation within 10 day
