This petition has been filed seeking to question the operation of the Model Wine Shop at 15B, Lal Bahadur Shastri Marg, Civil Lines, Prayagraj on the ground that the property in question belongs to the petitioner and has not been let out to the licensee. 2. Counsel for the respondent-State submits that since 01.04.2025, the Model Shop is not being operated at 15B, Lal Bahadur Shastri Marg, Civil Lines, Prayagraj and that the same is being operated at 19A/13, Tej Bahadur Sapru Marg, Civil Lines, Prayagraj. 3. None has appeared for the petitioner. 4. It appears, on account of subsequent development, the petitioner has lost interest in the petition. The petition is therefore, dismissed for non prosecution.
