Notice impugned in this petition has not been issued to the petitioner, who claims to have some interest in the property in dispute. Any right claimed in the property against the original borrower is a dispute of civil nature between two private parties for which writ proceedings are not maintainable. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner has stated that the petitioner has already instituted a civil suit before the trial court.
