Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State. The petitioner has already availed the benefit of lease for ten years whereafter the same has expired. There is no provision for renewal of such a lease under U.P. Revenue Code,2006. That being the position, the writ petition, being wholly misconceived, is rejected.
